I had a frustrating experience overall at this hotel. While the location is decent with a beach just a short walk away and the pool area is quite enjoyable, the service left much to be desired. I faced multiple issues with event planning and communication, and had to change my plans last minute. The dining options could be improved as well, making this a less than ideal stay for a special occasion.
